Beginners Continental Knitting with Staci Wednesdays 10am-12pm 6/25 -7/16
Join Staci for this 4 week special class to learn how to Continental Knit aka knit with your left hand. The benefits to learning this style of knitting are numerous. Continental Knitting is easier on hands with arthritis or movement injuries, left handed knitters, easier for crocheters, easier for stranded colorwork and it's faster than traditional knitting!
In this class you will learn how to do the Long tail Cast On, how to Knit and Purl and make a hat using Continental Knitting with circular needles and double points!
Due to the popularity of our classes a 72hr cancellation notice is required. ONLY SHOP YARN MAY BE USED IN OUR CLASSES. For beginners, one practice skein of worsted weight yarn is allowed from home and needles US 8 if you have them A discount will be given to everyone in class should you need materials. Please come 15 minutes early to the first class to select your yarn.
Classes start on Wednesday 10am -12pm 6/25, 7/2, 7/9 and finish on 7/16
