Beginner's Knitting with Sue - Mondays May 1st- June 12th 6:30-8:30pm
Learn to knit with Sue ages 13 and Up!

Join us for this six week course, where our knitting teacher Sue will share the foundation stitches for most beginner's patterns. In this course, you will focus on the following techniques:
Weeks 1-3:
- How to cast on
- How to knit
- How to purl
Weeks 4-6:
Choose a project to make from shop favorites, such as the Rasta Cowl, a Simple Chunky Wool Hat, or one of several beginner patterns by Tin Can Knits. You will learn additional techniques:
- Knitting in the round on circular needles
- Ribbing
- Increasing and decreasing
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the first class to pick out yarn and materials for this course. Students will get a 10% discount on all yarn and supplies for the class. Please understand that only shop yarn will be used in our classes.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 6:30 pm - 8:30pm, starting on May 1st, 8, 15, 22, skipping memorial day weekend and continuing on June 5th & 12th.
